Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI systems against ethical, responsible, sustainable, and performance benchmarks.
- Identify potential ethical risks and develop proactive technology mitigation strategies.
- Monitor AI implementations and troubleshoot issues involving system performance and ethical compliance.
- Integrate responsible AI practices into workflows through cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead responsible AI initiatives and facilitate knowledge sharing across project teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert, contribute to team and cross-team decisions, and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Generative AI, Python, Large Language Models, and AI Agents and Workflow Integration.
- Experience designing and implementing AI systems with an emphasis on ethical and responsible AI principles.
- Ability to analyze complex AI models against sustainability and ethical benchmarks.
- Familiarity with AI risk assessment frameworks and mitigation techniques.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
