Responsibilities
- Stay current with Cellular, O-RAN, and CPRI/eCPRI standards.
- Gather technical requirements from customers and end users.
- Recommend product roadmap ideas and design technical implementations for new features.
- Drive proposals to improve products and program execution.
- Guide development practices and help ensure high-quality code and product delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, shared codebase teams, and CI teams to meet project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth and technical excellence.
- Support product development from requirements analysis through delivery and maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communication, Electronics, or a similar discipline.
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in embedded software development.
- Excellent C programming and C++ design-pattern skills.
- Several years of experience driving software development projects as an architect.
- Experience with cellular technology, especially LTE and 5G NR RAN development.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, or similar development environments.
- Experience with Agile practices.
- Strong communication, ownership, and proactive working style.
- Cloud-native technology experience such as Docker and Kubernetes is desirable.
- C# and Python experience is desirable.
