Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement scalable software solutions and improve the reliability and efficiency of existing components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including ServiceNow integration and API-related issues.
- Participate in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to current processes.
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Work independently and contribute as a subject-matter expert.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM is required.
- Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) is preferred.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API development within the ServiceNow platform.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
