Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and execute test cases for product features.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and enhancements throughout the release lifecycle.
- Create detailed test plans and well-structured test cases.
- Perform regression testing after defect resolution and support testing of production patches.
- Review requirements specifications and technical design documents and provide feedback.
- Establish repeatable testing processes that validate high-quality releases.
- Identify functional and non-functional issues and develop scalable resolutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams through planning, communication, and timely execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience testing SaaS products.
- Experience with automation testing and tools including Selenium, JUnit, jMeter, and Appium.
- Expertise testing distributed and scalable web and mobile applications.
- Hands-on experience with load, performance, and security testing.
- Experience testing APIs, web applications, and mobile applications.
- Experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
- Knowledge of DevOps is an added advantage.
- Understanding of software development, preferably Java, and continuous integration systems.
- Experience testing on AWS environments.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication, judgment, decision-making, and deadline-management skills.
