Base Salary
$100k - $110k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain, and provide architectural guidance for scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Develop custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, declarative tools, and automation.
- Develop and optimize Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product configurations, pricing rules, quote templates, and billing processes.
- Customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud for sales, service, support, customer, and partner needs.
- Design, develop, monitor, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
- Analyze business requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver new Salesforce features and applications.
- Perform system audits, data hygiene, platform updates, troubleshooting, and hands-on end-user support.
- Manage Salesforce development lifecycle activities including sandbox management, version control, and deployments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of software engineering or software development experience.
- At least 2 years of Salesforce experience.
- Strong Apex development skills, including writing, debugging, and optimizing Apex code, triggers, and classes.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, and Process Builder.
- In-depth Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Billing experience.
- Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud customization and process automation.
- Expertise integrating Salesforce with external systems through APIs, middleware, or custom solutions.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and user permission management.
- Knowledge of Salesforce development lifecycle, sandbox management, version control, and deployment tools.
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, Advanced Developer, Revenue Cloud Consultant, or CPQ Specialist are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Legal authorization to work indefinitely in the United States is required.
