Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership on software projects.
- Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers.
- Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams regarding goals, outcomes, and timelines.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
- Organize and transform large-scale health and fitness data for analytics and AI-related initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin, or Go.
- At least 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
- At least 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience integrating generative AI tools or Large Language Model interfaces into workflows.
- Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred qualifications include 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred qualifications include 3 years of experience leading project teams, setting technical direction, and working in complex matrixed organizations across cross-functional or cross-business projects.
