Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers.
- Set direction for critical technical surface areas.
- Design, develop, and own new product functionality and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineers to impact customer security positively.
- Contribute to building Vanta’s engineering culture.
Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of industry experience.
- Have played technical leadership roles for teams or complex projects.
- Have previous startup experience or a bias for action.
- Have experience working on greenfield projects.
- Have an interest in learning about security or prior experience in the space.
