Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and engineers to deliver significant business impact.
- Set direction for critical technical surface areas to support continued company growth.
- Design, develop, and own new product functionality and infrastructure using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Collaborate with engineers to improve security and trust outcomes for Vanta customers.
- Contribute to Vanta’s engineering culture as the team grows.
- Lead and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of industry experience.
- Experience playing technical leadership roles for teams or complex projects.
- Previous startup experience or experience in an environment that prioritizes a bias for action.
- Previous experience working on greenfield projects.
- Interest in learning about security or prior experience in the security space.
