Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance Anaplan models based on design specifications.
- Translate business requirements into functional model components.
- Develop and maintain data integrations between Anaplan and source systems.
- Create user-friendly dashboards and reports for business users.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshoot model issues.
- Participate in testing and deployment of Anaplan model changes.
- Contribute to the creation of model documentation.
- Partner with FP&A stakeholders to design and develop Anaplan models.
- Build and maintain complex Anaplan models for accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and implement automation routines to streamline FP&A processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Anaplan issues to ensure smooth operation.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Anaplan functionalities and best practices.
- Manage stakeholder requirements and develop implementation plans.
- Provide ongoing training and support to FP&A users on Anaplan functionalities.
- Coordinate design, development, and testing activities.
- Work with product, engineering, and operational stakeholders to prioritize needs.
- Create architectural designs that enhance resilience and promote business continuity.
- Identify optimization opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Uphold standards of process documentation.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and workshops.
- Perform technical system audits for compliance.
- Employ agile methodology in software and application development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT systems with deep knowledge of Anaplan.
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Experience in developing plans and project management techniques.
- Proven ability to translate unstructured business problems into defined requirements.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Strong communication skills to gather needs from business owners.
- Strong understanding of FP&A concepts including budgeting and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Techno-functional professional with 1+ FP&A full cycle implementations.
