Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build core AI services for marketing and service capabilities.
- Scale AI data and inference pipelines for generative and agentic models.
- Implement AI serving systems with strong contracts and observability.
- Evolve agentic architecture to enhance autonomy and reliability.
- Apply best practices for AI systems evaluation and incident response.
- Collaborate with product, ML, data, and platform teams to clarify requirements.
- Mentor and support the growth of mid-level and junior engineers.
- Participate in local engineering rituals and contribute to team culture.
- Use metrics to guide technical decisions and influence the team roadmap.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on backend and distributed systems.
- Experience building and shipping generative or agentic AI applications.
- Strong background in distributed systems and async processing.
- Proficient in Python and modern backend frameworks like FastAPI or Django.
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of evaluation and quality standards for AI systems.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on customer experience.
- Growth-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Experience experimenting with AI tools in work or personal projects.
