Base Salary
$125k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and own Salesforce programmatic requests, including Apex classes, triggers, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript interfaces.
- Build and maintain Salesforce integrations using APIs, platform events, and iPaaS middleware such as Boomi, MuleSoft, and Informatica.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools for automated Salesforce deployments.
- Manage Git branching, release processes, scratch orgs, automated unit/integration/end-to-end testing, and promotion workflows across Salesforce environments.
- Create architectural documentation, review technical designs, translate business requirements into specifications, and ensure delivery aligns with business objectives.
- Deploy enhancements, support production fixes, monitor distributed services and production environments, and participate in after-hours and weekend on-call work.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, production support, internal teams, external technical experts, and business-facing groups.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of software development experience.
- At least 5 years of Salesforce Apex development experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent/proven years of experience.
- Extensive experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Strong command of REST API development, enterprise architecture, integration concepts, and enterprise integration design patterns.
- Experience with iPaaS platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Informatica.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and alerting, distributed microservices, and production debugging.
- Working knowledge of Linux, Windows, SQL and NoSQL database systems, networking, and third-party API integrations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce AI offerings such as Einstein and Agentforce.
- Experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and SQS is a plus.
- Experience working directly with business-facing groups, Agile teams, and DevOps teams is a plus.
- Ability to communicate complex topics and requirements accurately, work independently and collaboratively, and participate in on-call operations.
