Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain cloud-based data solutions.
- Develop and implement data pipelines, data storage solutions, and data processing frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business requirements.
- Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and solution documentation.
- Ensure data quality and integrity.
- Monitor and optimize data solutions for performance and scalability.
- Stay current with cloud computing technologies and data engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of total IT experience.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Snowflake, AWS or GCP, and Python or an equivalent programming language.
- Experience designing, implementing, and testing cloud computing solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and solution-architecting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Databricks experience is preferred.
- Terraform and DevOps knowledge are additional advantages.
