Responsibilities
- Gather data integration requirements from clients, internal teams, MIS teams, TPAs, and banking institutions.
- Define project scope, risks, opportunities, timelines, and technical documentation.
- Design, create, and maintain database structures and data feeds for MIS and client data.
- Develop frameworks for data storage, transformation, and processing.
- Monitor and optimize database and related-system performance and availability.
- Implement and maintain data feeds between MIS, clients, and TPAs.
- Write and manage AWS Lambda integrations and database scripts.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and tune database systems.
- Maintain secure data storage, backup, and archival processes in accordance with IT security standards.
- Contribute to product design, rollouts, continuous improvement, documentation, and mentoring.
Requirements
- Experience or capability in database engineering, data integration, database development, troubleshooting, and performance tuning is required by the responsibilities of the role.
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical tasks and documentation.
- Ability to collaborate with Technology, IT Security, clients, TPAs, MIS teams, and banking institutions.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
