Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new customers, including planning, scoping, milestones, and success metrics.
- Own the post-sales technical relationship with customer engineering and security teams.
- Develop implementation plans that help customers achieve First Time to Value quickly and reliably.
- Identify and escalate blockers, misaligned expectations, skill gaps, and other implementation risks.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Services, Product, and Support on handoffs, issue triage, and knowledge sharing.
- Create repeatable processes, technical guides, implementation templates, and internal runbooks.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform the product roadmap and future services.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a post-sales technical role such as TAM, Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, or Implementation Consultant.
- Experience building and/or deploying AI systems or applications.
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including networking, containers, and security protocols.
- Experience leading on-premises, hybrid, or complex SaaS deployments and integrations.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in regulated industries is required, with AI/ML or cybersecurity product experience a strong bonus.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to set expectations, drive timelines, and maintain alignment.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a high-growth environment with ambiguity.
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration certification is preferred.
