Responsibilities
- Operate and support Plaud.ai applications in production.
- Manage releases and ensure deployment quality.
- Diagnose and resolve application issues.
- Work closely with engineering and customer teams.
- Improve operational workflows and tooling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AppOps, Production Support, or Ops Engineering.
- Strong Linux knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with cloud-hosted applications.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
