Base Salary
$107k - $261k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and execute architectural strategies aligned with project objectives.
- Lead and supervise architectural initiatives within assigned projects or functional areas.
- Develop scalable architectural designs and solutions that follow standards and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior and senior architects in project work and skill development.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, IT teams, management, and other stakeholders to align business and development needs.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies and recommend appropriate adoption.
- Lead architecture and design reviews, identify gaps, recommend changes, and drive modernization opportunities.
- Advise senior leadership on strategic technical vision and manage stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture roles such as technical lead, solution architect, or enterprise architect.
- Strong experience designing for non-functional requirements including service-level agreements, response time, real-time and near-real-time processing, and multithreading.
- Strong experience with FHIR and HL7 interoperability standards.
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
- 5+ years of experience with SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and relevant databases.
- 5+ years of experience with GCP or AWS, microservices, and API design.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, Git, Kafka, Java, Python, Spring Boot, Angular, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, especially generative AI and LLMs.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience with enterprise interoperability solutions, cloud platforms such as Salesforce, GCP, Azure, or AWS, and large-scale legacy-to-modern technology migrations is preferred.
