Base Salary

$136k - $211k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Configuration Management.
  • Configure and develop workflows, forms, fields, integrations, UI policies, and business rules.
  • Write JavaScript, Glide, and other scripts to automate processes and simplify tasks.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and train ServiceNow users.
  • Build and manage reports and dashboards for platform performance, compliance, and service delivery metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business-aligned solutions.
  • Lead design and development efforts while applying security, scalability, performance, testing, and operational excellence practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
  • Experience implementing new ServiceNow modules using best practices.
  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, Jelly, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
  • Experience with SOAP, REST, and JSON API integrations.
  • Preferred: 5+ years developing end-to-end analytics solutions involving system configuration, model building, data security, and reporting.
  • Preferred: enterprise IT experience as a vendor or consultant, or experience working with or managing technical programs.
  • Preferred: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen due to U.S. government-imposed export-control requirements.
