Base Salary
$110k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust software applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to integrate software components and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and development processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in architectural discussions and maintain comprehensive software documentation.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for full stack development.
- Expertise in Commerce Full Stack Engineering with a focus on Java technologies.
- 6–10 years of software development experience.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and continuous-learning skills.
- Ability to work onsite 3–5 days per week in a client or Cognizant office in Sunnyvale, California, and work a day shift.
