Responsibilities
- Engage with internal teams, technology partners, and clients on Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects.
- Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions to address client business needs.
- Perform scripting and query development.
- Implement data mapping and extract strategies.
- Design relational data schemas.
- Develop web services and APIs.
- Create custom reports and applications.
- Build HTML for webpages and emails.
- Utilize SFMC scripting languages for dynamic content.
- Lead technical discussions and document solution designs.
Requirements
- Experience with marketing technology stacks like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Strong understanding of customer data platforms and personalization.
- Proficient in SQL and relational databases.
- 3+ years of experience in programming languages such as .NET, JAVA, PHP, and JavaScript.
- 3+ years of web development experience including HTML, CSS, and XML.
- Ability to manage technical discussions and lead projects.
- Experience with API programming.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects.
