Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered tools and agents to enhance workflows.
- Integrate applied AI into existing processes with modern frameworks.
- Develop and maintain a shared agent platform for Customer Operations.
- Create robust internal software, integrations, and automations.
- Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to elevate pilot projects.
- Own the full lifecycle of applications, from development to retirement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building, hosting, and maintaining applications.
- Deep experience with REST APIs for SaaS platform integration.
- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Experience in setting up evaluations for AI outputs.
- Ability to design reusable templates and deployment patterns.
- Strong systems thinking and process orientation.
- Ability to work closely with non-technical business stakeholders.
- Self-starter who thrives in an agile environment.
