Responsibilities
- Lead functional design and implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions for fleet procurement and accounting processes.
- Configure and support FCCS and EPBCS for consolidation, planning, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Design integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EPM Cloud using standard adapters, data management, and integration tools.
- Define EPM metadata structures, dimensions, hierarchies, mappings, cost centers, intercompany structures, and reporting attributes.
- Support fleet cost allocation, capitalization tracking, depreciation analysis, and financial performance reporting.
- Lead data validation, reconciliation, variance analysis, initial loads, incremental refreshes, and ERP-to-EPM reconciliation processes.
- Support SIT, UAT, parallel close, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare activities.
- Develop and validate EPM reports, dashboards, Smart View templates, and management reporting artifacts.
- Support budget, forecast, and scenario modeling for fleet procurement, utilization, and lifecycle costs.
- Partner with finance, FP&A, accounting, PMO, solution architecture, data migration, technical, and business stakeholder teams.
- Communicate technical risks, dependencies, and design considerations while ensuring alignment with program objectives.
Requirements
- 15+ years of overall experience in financial systems and 7+ years of hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud experience.
- Strong functional expertise in FCCS and EPBCS, including consolidation, planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials, including GL, FAH, AP, AR, and ERP-to-EPM data flows.
- Experience designing EPM solutions for large-scale ERP transformation programs with multi-region deployments.
- Experience integrating Oracle EPM Cloud with Oracle Fusion ERP through standard integration frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Smart View, EPM reporting, data reconciliation, financial close, consolidation, and intercompany eliminations.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and financial data interpretation skills.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Preferred Oracle FCCS Implementation, EPBCS Implementation, and Oracle EPM Cloud Data Management certifications.
