Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and expectations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, including Agentforce and enterprise AI architectures.
- Lead technical design sessions, document architectures, identify current-state and future-state gaps, and govern technical delivery.
- Manage custom development, integrations, data migration, code reviews, coding standards, deployment practices, and performance optimization.
- Design and integrate predictive and generative AI solutions and develop frameworks to evaluate AI performance and business value.
- Debug complex issues, analyze system logs, isolate performance bottlenecks, and ensure solutions meet scalability and platform-limit requirements.
- Participate in pre-sales discovery, technical deep dives, and proof-of-concept development when needed.
- Liaise with Salesforce product teams and travel to client sites approximately 50–75% of the time.
Requirements
- A degree or equivalent proven experience is required.
- 9–14 years of CRM experience, including a minimum of 6 years on the Salesforce platform.
- Expert knowledge of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, and Marketing Clouds, plus Agentforce architecture.
- Experience designing scalable, performance-driven systems and understanding architecture patterns, large data volumes, data sharing, visibility, and data skew.
- Familiarity with SAML, SSO, OAuth, TLS, SSL, data integration, ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, REST APIs, environment and release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies.
- Strong background designing and developing large web-based systems or exposure to the complete software product lifecycle.
- Practical fluency with AI coding assistants and modern development ecosystems such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude.
- Active Salesforce certifications or ability to obtain relevant certifications after hire.
