Responsibilities
- Organize the deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Design solutions that integrate enterprise technology ecosystems with AI models and multi-provider platforms.
- Prepare technical design specifications and drive architectural governance activities.
- Guide platform convergence and balance customer delivery with organizational engineering health.
- Identify application improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Mentor development staff and assist engineering teams with product feature delivery.
- Lead technical discussions, design sessions, code reviews, and architectural initiatives.
- Build relationships with customers, stakeholders, executive leadership, and development teams.
- Lead or contribute to cloud, DevOps, and AI modernization initiatives.
- Translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in .NET full-stack development.
- At least 10 years of software development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with flexibility for the right candidate.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with 15 years of full-time education required.
- Significant experience designing, implementing, and enhancing systems, including architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Significant experience in analytical systems engineering, design, and implementation.
- Fluency and specialization in modern languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience building products with microservices architectural patterns and extensible APIs.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
- Proven experience leading cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Fluency in DevOps concepts.
- Experience with application monitoring tools and performance assessments.
- Understanding of security architecture, protocols, and products including Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, and OAuth.
- Experience with AWS and Azure, preferably in multi-cloud environments.
