Responsibilities
- Organize the deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Facilitate solution design and integration across enterprise technology ecosystems, AI models, and multi-provider platforms.
- Prepare technical design specifications and drive architectural governance activities.
- Lead architecture, design, reliability, scaling, implementation, and application improvement initiatives.
- Balance customer delivery with organizational health across engineering initiatives and feature delivery.
- Assist, mentor, and provide technical direction to development staff and engineering teams.
- Lead design sessions, technical conversations, code reviews, and efforts to improve engineering quality.
- Build relationships with customers, stakeholders, executive leadership, peers, and development teams.
- Drive cloud, DevOps, AI modernization, automation, and engineering-toolchain initiatives.
- Translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in .NET full-stack development or software development is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Significant experience designing and implementing or enhancing systems, including architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Significant experience in analytical systems engineering, design, and implementation.
- Fluency and specialization in modern languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience building products with microservices architectural patterns and extensible REST APIs.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
- Proven experience leading cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Fluency in DevOps concepts and experience with application monitoring tools and performance assessments.
- Understanding of security architecture, protocols, and products including Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, and OAuth.
- Experience with AWS and Azure in multi-cloud environments.
