[EPC] Senior Test Engineer (Embedded Automotive Testing)

Responsibilities
- Define and maintain project test strategies aligned with requirements and quality standards.
- Plan and coordinate System Test, Software Qualification Test, SIL, HIL, and Continuous Testing activities.
- Develop test cases, specifications, test data, and automated testing solutions for embedded software.
- Ensure requirement-to-test traceability, coverage, defect prevention, and quality improvement.
- Use Python or similar scripting languages to improve test automation, reusable assets, and tooling.
- Investigate defects, perform root-cause analysis, support issue resolution, and generate test summary reports.
- Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and act as the testing focal point for projects.
- Coordinate with global teams, project managers, architects, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Support ASPICE, Functional Safety, audits, assessments, and Quality Gate Reviews.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in embedded software testing or system testing.
- Experience with CI/CT or DevOps and hands-on test automation development.
- Knowledge of CAN, LIN, FlexRay, and Ethernet communication protocols.
- Experience with Vector tools including CANoe, CANalyzer, and VT System.
- Solid experience with automotive embedded systems.
- Experience in project-level testing coordination or technical leadership.
- Python programming experience for automation framework development is preferred.
- Automotive communication stack, gateway validation, AUTOSAR, ASPICE, and ISO 26262 knowledge are preferred.
- Experience with SIL Continuous Testing environments and ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Certification are preferred.
