Responsibilities
- Own product areas from concept through deployment.
- Ship features to production daily and contribute directly to product direction.
- Build agentic systems that automate complex recruiting workflows.
- Write, iterate, and scale production software while balancing speed, quality, and maintainability.
- Talk with customers and incorporate feedback into product development.
- Work closely with the CTO and founding engineers in a shared San Francisco hackerhouse.
Requirements
- Very strong software engineering background.
- Experience with TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and coding with Cursor.
- Experience with LLM APIs is preferred.
- High agency, resourcefulness, ownership, and a startup-oriented approach.
