Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on prompts, evaluations, and model interfaces
- Build and orchestrate agent workflows
- Integrate AI components into the product and infrastructure
- Ensure AI-driven systems are reliable and scalable for high-stakes financial workflows
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ship end-to-end features
- Help shape how AI is developed, tested, and deployed across the company
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience building products at high-growth companies
- Familiarity with current AI developments, practices, and frameworks
- Familiarity with web development, relational databases, and distributed systems
- Experience with data pipelines, mission-critical systems such as fintech, or complex workflow engines is preferred
- Ability and willingness to work in person five days per week in downtown San Mateo
