Responsibilities
- Suggest and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated code testing and deployment.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot errors, resolve issues, and implement preventive measures.
- Manage application platform resources and develop cost-effective solutions.
- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Monitor systems, analyze performance, and create improved operational processes.
- Manage configuration tools and automate repetitive tasks with scripting.
- Maintain security best practices, automated compliance checks, and secure code deployment.
- Support smooth feature deployments and collaborate across global, multidisciplinary teams.
- Document and share operational best practices through handovers and written documentation.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure as code, preferably Terraform.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools, preferably Grafana.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience managing MongoDB and MS SQL Server data systems.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.
- At least 2–3 years of work experience in a DevOps or technical support department.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and documentation skills.
- AWS DevOps certification and knowledge of agile methodologies are preferred.
