Responsibilities
- Provide technical solutions to meet customer business and technical goals.
- Lead the technical aspect of production deployments in customer environments.
- Troubleshoot Windows Server OS and Active Directory issues during deployment.
- Provide post-deployment technical support to customers.
- Document and convey technical requirements between customers and the team.
- Offer input and feedback to engineering and development teams.
- Maintain expert knowledge of Semperis products and emerging technology trends.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience with Active Directory in a system integration or enterprise IT environment.
- Experience administering, architecting, or supporting enterprise Active Directory environments.
- At least 3 years of experience with Azure AD / Entra ID.
- Experience with Linux (Ubuntu & Red Hat) and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Knowledge of identity, access management, and infosec product landscapes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Computer Science or Engineering.
- Willingness and ability to travel abroad.
