Responsibilities
- Write, review, optimize, and deliver critical code for complex AI projects as a hands-on individual contributor.
- Lead technical teams of Applied AI Engineers through mentorship, technical guidance, and deployment best practices.
- Lead pre-sales technical discussions and translate customer requirements into actionable solutions.
- Design and oversee complex AI systems involving fine-tuning, RAG, agentic workflows, and custom LLM applications.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and methodologies and promote best practices for fine-tuning, inference, and deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers, researchers, engineers, and customers to incorporate feedback into product development.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Korean.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a technical individual contributor working with cutting-edge technologies.
- Strong coding skills in Python and TypeScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, NextJS, or VueJS.
- Experience with back-end technologies such as NodeJS.
- Understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred: experience with LLM or GenAI models, open-source contributions, or customer-facing roles such as Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Product Manager.
