Responsibilities
- Design and deploy large-scale Agentic AI systems with multi-agent orchestration and autonomous reasoning pipelines.
- Implement post-training reinforcement learning to optimize advertiser performance and user experience.
- Lead the technical implementation of LLM fine-tuning and efficient serving infrastructure.
- Explore complex advertising datasets to identify patterns and improve performance metrics.
- Establish long-term technical roadmaps and align cross-functional stakeholders through technical documentation.
- Promote rigorous software engineering practices and accelerate AI development workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with global teams.
- 10+ years of experience in applied machine learning with a proven track record.
- Experience in designing and building multi-agent orchestration and reasoning pipelines.
- Proficiency in Python and strong software engineering practices.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to mentor engineers.
