Responsibilities
- Partner with business development and client leaders to shape opportunities and define solution strategies.
- Design innovative and commercially viable technology solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Develop compelling value propositions, proposals, and RFP responses in both Thai and English.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges.
- Present complex technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Advise clients on emerging technologies and digital transformation.
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are executable.
- Contribute to opportunity planning through estimation and risk assessment.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders in the Thailand market.
- Mentor technical leaders and contribute to market-focused offerings.
Requirements
- Experience in solution, enterprise, cloud, data, and integration architecture.
- Hands-on involvement in technical pre-sales and solution shaping.
- Strong understanding of software delivery practices and architecture patterns.
- Ability to create scalable and business-aligned technology solutions.
- Familiarity with the Thailand/SEA technology landscape.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into tangible client outcomes.
- Effective engagement and influence with senior executives.
- Understanding of profitability and deal shaping.
- Strength in facilitation and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience guiding senior technologists and building strong teams.
- Proficiency in Thai and English communication.
