Responsibilities

Deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for clients across industries.
Provide functional and technical expertise across D365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
Define solution architecture covering D365 capabilities, system integrations, data flows, and related components.
Lead or contribute to workshops, requirements analysis, process design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Evaluate custom solutions and Microsoft ecosystem alternatives, including Power Platform, Azure services, and ISV solutions.
Map Order-to-Cash processes and customer engagement workflows onto D365 CE capabilities.
Build client relationships through domain expertise, communication, and problem-solving.
Contribute to new business opportunities and client proposals.

8-10 years of overall IT or solution architecture experience, including enterprise solution design, integration patterns, and end-to-end delivery of large-scale business systems.
5-8 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE experience in configuration, customization, solution design, and implementation.
Experience with D365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes, including lead management, opportunities, quotations, order capture, service requests, after-sales support, customer lifecycle, and revenue workflows.
Experience supporting customer engagement and service-oriented industries using D365 CE.
Strong working knowledge of Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, REST APIs, and Azure services.
Ability to lead requirements workshops, translate business needs into scalable D365 CE architecture, and advise business stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders.
