Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain expertise in the Geotab ecosystem and serve as a subject matter expert for partners and end-users.
- Assess customer and partner needs, gather requirements, and tailor Geotab solutions to address business challenges.
- Conduct technical discovery, demonstrations, presentations, solution development, and customization activities.
- Collaborate with revenue-generating teams and partners to identify and deliver effective customer solutions that support sales growth and retention.
- Support partner learning and upskilling through best practices and industry knowledge.
- Analyze business challenges, assess solution viability, and propose alternative approaches when appropriate.
- Provide customer and partner feedback to product and development colleagues to improve company offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of engagements, solution designs, and deliverables.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Thai.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, engineering support, software development, automotive engineering, data science, technical account management, or business development.
- Technical knowledge of telematics, IoT, APIs, and related technologies.
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Superset or Power BI is preferred.
- Experience with sales or business development, particularly through indirect sales channels, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, presentation, collaboration, customer-service, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time; international travel requires a passport.
