Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Supply & Capacity planning.
- Support manufacturing supply chain delivery and ensure connectivity with Horizon, Compass, D&A Enhancing, o9 modules, and other applications.
- Lead integration implementation, document functional and technical designs, and define data requirements.
- Configure the o9 platform, build complex datasets, and establish performance monitoring systems.
- Drive enterprise standardization, best-practice adoption, process transformation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Analyze supply chain data involving resources, BOM, BOD shipments, inventory, logistics, and other operations data.
- Use statistical and solver/optimization tools and programming languages for data extraction, loading, and transformation.
- Collaborate with integration architects, product owners, consultants, analysts, SMEs, and global business stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver Super User and End User training for a global user base.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with supply chain planning tools or global implementation programs is required.
- Broader experience in Supply & Capacity planning is preferred, and o9 experience is a plus.
- Experience driving product management, discovery, meaningful customer and business problem solving, and scalable solution delivery is expected.
- Ability to influence and communicate with diverse audiences through strategic documents, thorough requirements, and clear stakeholder communication.
- Experience working with large cross-functional teams and complex programs in multinational organizations.
- Proficiency with supply chain data objects, statistical and solver/optimization tools, data integration, and modern cloud data concepts.
- Ability to work independently in short-lead-time, changeable, and volatile environments while building organizational structure and maturity.
