Responsibilities

Own and drive the end-to-end architecture for an Agentic AI-powered conversational banking solution on Azure.
Design scalable, secure, compliant solution components using Azure AI, integration, container, and data services.
Translate Thai and English business and functional requirements into solution designs.
Collaborate with product, engineering, UX, data, security, and compliance teams.
Provide technical leadership to development teams and drive adherence to architecture and delivery expectations.
Prepare and present architecture deliverables to Architecture Review Boards and program working groups.
Ensure banking regulatory, security, resilience, and performance requirements are met.
Identify architectural risks and integration dependencies, propose mitigations, and maintain architecture governance and documentation.

Native or proficient Thai speaking and writing skills for stakeholder communication and requirements elicitation.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering conversational, digital, or AI-driven solutions in banking or financial services.
Strong expertise in Agentic AI system design, LLM orchestration, grounding, prompt engineering, and Responsible AI principles.
Hands-on knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Cognitive Search, Azure API Management, Azure Kubernetes Service, Service Bus, Event Grid, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB.
Deep understanding of banking operations, compliance frameworks, integration landscapes, and security standards.
Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and architecture-board presentation skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive delivery in complex, multi-vendor environments.
