Responsibilities
- Drive technical solutions for complex AI workloads from technical evaluation through customer ramp and adoption.
- Develop prototypes, proofs of concept, demonstrations, and customer-tailored integrations to support sales and secure customer buy-in.
- Advise customers on AI solutions, understand business and technical requirements, and build lasting relationships.
- Document, prioritize, and drive resolution of customer feature requests and technical issues with product and engineering teams.
- Contribute reusable solutions and assets based on customer engagements.
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and related events and represent Google Cloud publicly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 6 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience architecting AI-agent integrations with enterprise data using Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Text-to-SQL, and semantic search.
- Coding experience in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, Go, or Java for customer demonstrations, prototypes, or workshops.
- Fluent Thai and English communication skills.
- Preferred experience developing agents with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or Google AI Agent Development Kit.
- Preferred experience with SaaS, iPaaS, business automation, cloud infrastructure, Agentic AI, and cloud networking.
- Preferred knowledge of OpenAPI, Model Context Protocol, API gateways, distributed tracing, logging, and audit logging for AI applications.
- Experience engaging with or presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
