Responsibilities
- Design customized cloud architectures aligned with customer objectives, scalability, security, performance, and implementation requirements.
- Engage customers to understand technical and industry needs and convert them into solution designs and execution plans.
- Liaise between customers and backend engineering teams, monitor milestones, mitigate risks, and support on-time delivery.
- Support pre-sales through technical presentations, demonstrations, architecture workshops, proof-of-concepts, and rapid AI Agent MVP builds.
- Represent Tencent Cloud at industry forums, technical workshops, and ecosystem events in Singapore.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience in public cloud pre-sales or solution architecture roles, preferably in Internet and Financial Services sectors.
- Strong expertise in cloud computing and virtualization technologies such as KVM, Xen, or LxC.
- Hands-on zero-to-one AI Agent deployment experience and the ability to deliver working enterprise AI Agent MVPs within days are preferred.
- Understanding of system architecture fundamentals and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent written and spoken English and proficiency in Chinese Mandarin are required.
- Proactive, responsible, execution-driven, and collaborative working style.
