Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic interface for assigned partners and build relationships with partner executives and practice leaders.
- Lead joint business planning, partner practice growth, specialization strategy, and go-to-market planning.
- Lead technical discovery, executive briefings, solution demonstrations, proofs of concept, co-demonstrations, and architectural validation.
- Translate ServiceNow platform and AI capabilities into scalable, partner-differentiated solutions and offerings.
- Champion intelligent workflows, automation, agent-based use cases, responsible AI adoption, and partner co-innovation.
- Coordinate internal specialist teams and connect solution strategy to efficiency, growth, ROI, and time-to-value outcomes.
- Provide technical escalation support for critical partner-led opportunities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting, partner strategy, enterprise technology advisory, or related roles.
- Experience directly working with partners, system integrators, hyperscalers, or technology alliances.
- Ability to influence senior partner stakeholders at the VP level and above.
- Experience connecting business strategy, industry context, and technology solutions into partner growth plans.
- Experience shaping or scaling partner practices, offerings, or go-to-market motions.
- Conceptual and architectural understanding of enterprise platforms and workflow-based solutions.
- Working knowledge of AI-enabled use cases, automation patterns, and data-driven workflows.
- Deep familiarity with at least one industry vertical, such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, or the public sector.
- Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow platform and AI experience, management consulting or strategy advisory experience, partner business development experience, ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CIS, experience across multiple partner routes to market, and familiarity with competitive platforms.
