Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives by defining product scope and solving technical complexities.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to create technical solutions.
- Define architecture and delegate implementation tasks to engineers.
- Deliver key project components while assisting and unblocking team members.
- Mentor engineers and drive knowledge sharing across the team.
- Set long-term technical strategies and improve engineering quality.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of product-side Fullstack experience.
- Experience with Typescript, React, and GraphQL.
- Proven track record of leading complex and ambiguous projects.
- Ability to operate autonomously and align product and engineering needs.
- Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to team culture.
- Demonstrated leadership in planning, process, and technical execution.
