Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and delivery of cloud-native healthcare solutions on AWS.
- Drive modernization of legacy healthcare billing platforms into modern architectures.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define solution roadmaps and align investments with business outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership across architecture, application development, data platforms, and DevOps automation.
- Champion application performance, reliability, security, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Balance strategic architecture leadership with hands-on technical delivery and client collaboration.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, cloud engineering, or application modernization.
- Strong expertise with AWS, including EC2, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, IAM, VPC, and CloudWatch.
- Experience designing and delivering application modernization, cloud migration programs, and API-led architectures.
- Hands-on development experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Strong database expertise with PostgreSQL, Oracle, DynamoDB, and Redis.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps and Git.
- Ability to translate business and technical requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Healthcare, hospital billing, revenue cycle management, or payer/provider experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, and Terraform is preferred.
- Experience with large-scale digital transformation or cloud modernization programs and strong consulting, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills are preferred.
