Base Salary
$190k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI systems for matchmaking, ranking, and automation.
- Develop LLM-driven features to enhance recruiter and company interactions.
- Own systems end-to-end, from data pipelines to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product, ML engineers, and full-stack teams to ship AI capabilities.
- Create evaluation frameworks to measure real-world performance and business outcomes.
- Define best practices for building and operating production AI systems.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in an AI native startup environment.
- Experience with products that scale to a large number of users.
- Strong programming skills in Python and Typescript.
- Experience building agentic systems that drive business outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, 0 to 1 environments.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical partners.
