Responsibilities
- Research GTM stakeholders and workflows from pre-sales through post-sales, identifying intelligence gaps, friction, and handoff failures.
- Create and prioritize problem backlogs with impact, feasibility, dependency, and stakeholder analysis.
- Build and refine AI agents, retrieval logic, automations, and decision-support systems on shared infrastructure.
- Stay embedded in pipeline reviews, deal cycles, QBRs, renewal planning, and account strategy sessions.
- Own system reliability and quality by monitoring adoption, diagnosing output failures, and continuously tuning shipped solutions.
- Validate field signals and structure deal and customer patterns in the shared knowledge hub.
- Scale successful solutions across account scenarios, customer segments, and deal stages.
- Partner cross-functionally with Growth Engineering, PMM, Solutions Consulting, Pricing, Customer Success, and leadership.
- Shape the emerging Applied AI function and its operating playbook.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in a GTM role with direct commercial-motion involvement at a B2B SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that transformed real work processes.
- Technical fluency in integration architecture, system-level agent evaluation, prompt design, retrieval logic, and data workflows, including Python and APIs.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales workflows, deal stages, and the operating realities of AEs, SCs, BDRs, sales leaders, CS, and business value teams.
- Executive-level customer engagement experience and strong field credibility.
- Track record of taking solutions from problem identification through field adoption rather than handing them off after development.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams while balancing field engagement, system building, and continuous refinement.
- Highly autonomous, self-directed senior individual contributor comfortable working in a new domain.
- Product Management background or equivalent experience shipping adopted solutions.
- Experience in Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or field architecture within enterprise SaaS.
- Proficiency with AI development tools and platforms such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, custom agent frameworks, API integrations, and workflow automation tools.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS technologies such as Salesforce, Gong, Slack, and Snowflake.
- Experience scaling internal tools or systems beyond an immediate team.
- Analytical ability to evaluate deal data, diagnose output failures, and build data-driven recommendation systems.
