Responsibilities
- Develop multi-step agentic AI workflows for Finance processes using planning, tool use, retrieval, and structured orchestration.
- Build reporting and telemetry for AI usage, cost, engagement, and ROI across Finance.
- Help design Finance user workflows, interfaces, and feedback loops for AI systems.
- Validate AI outputs through reconciliation, documented assumptions, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
- Prototype prioritized Finance use cases and partner with AI SDLC and platform engineering teams to move them toward production.
- Develop Finance domain fluency and apply SQL rigor to close, reconciliation, reporting, and related workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years of experience building with LLMs, or an exceptional new-graduate record with substantial hands-on agent projects.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, or agent frameworks, supported by a portfolio explaining personal contributions and design decisions.
- Working knowledge of Python for automation, API integration, and prototyping.
- Basic SQL querying skills.
- Preferred exposure to AI evaluation, tracing, observability, Snowflake, Cortex, natural-language-to-SQL tooling, Finance or Accounting, controlled or regulated data environments, and AI-powered user-facing tools or internal applications.
- Ability to build working prototypes, learn Finance context, and communicate with nontechnical stakeholders.
