Base Salary
$99k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and support assigned tools, prompts, skills, agents, automations, and workflow solutions for DC Operations.
- Work with field technicians and managers to gather requirements and translate operational challenges into practical solutions.
- Maintain intake and tracking for solution ideas, including documenting requests, reviewing existing resources, and providing status updates.
- Review Slack, Glean, Asana, Google Drive, and Canvas resources to identify existing solutions and prevent duplication.
- Evaluate opportunities based on operational value, effort, adoption potential, and support requirements.
- Develop, test, document, launch, and maintain solutions with guidance from enablement and subject-matter experts.
- Convert useful field-built tools into documented and supported Canvas assets with clear ownership and maintenance expectations.
- Facilitate learning sessions, provide day-to-day user support, resolve routine questions, and escalate complex requests.
- Support solutions through established IT and security review processes.
- Track tool usage, adoption, time saved, tool health, and other operational impact measures, and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Experience building or supporting AI-powered tools, workflow solutions, or automations used by others in real work.
- Experience in DC Operations or a comparable operational environment.
- Experience writing prompts and configuring skills, agents, automations, or similar tools.
- Ability to develop practical solutions from clearly defined problems, test work, gather feedback, resolve common issues, and document maintenance procedures.
- Foundational program or project management skills including task tracking, documentation, prioritization, and status reporting.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical employees and support workflow adoption.
- Clear communication, collaboration, independent judgment, organizational skills, and adaptability in evolving processes.
- Curiosity about technology and automation, practical problem-solving ability, and interest in measurable operational improvements.
