Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, design, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Lead and mentor engineers, guide architecture and design discussions, and establish engineering best practices.
- Design, code, maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize scalable software solutions.
- Execute AI integration initiatives involving Generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics, and large language models.
- Create automated test scenarios and develop and execute test automation strategies.
- Design and operate cloud infrastructure using cloud providers and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Conduct code reviews and drive improvements in code quality, performance, maintainability, productivity, and reliability.
- Lead technical initiatives such as technology migrations and system performance or security improvements.
- Collaborate with product management, architecture, and global cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required; the education section also specifies 10+ years in software development and testing.
- Strong .NET full-stack development experience with hands-on expertise in C# or other modern object-oriented languages such as Java or Go.
- Experience with software design patterns, RESTful and OpenAPI design, and RDBMS or NoSQL database technologies.
- Experience with cloud-native SaaS applications, major cloud providers, containerization, infrastructure as code, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience designing scalable automated testing strategies using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or TestNG and integrating them with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React or Angular is a strong plus.
- Experience designing and delivering AI solutions, particularly Generative AI and large language model solutions, is preferred.
- Experience with security best practices and frameworks; Snyk knowledge is a plus.
- Preferred education is a master's degree; a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is also accepted.
- Experience mentoring and coaching engineers in a leadership role is preferred, along with strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
