Responsibilities
- Deliver technical customer engagements including strategy sessions, envisioning workshops, architecture design sessions, and rapid prototyping.
- Lead AI transformation journeys by identifying and prioritizing customer AI use cases through design thinking workshops.
- Own strategic AI transformation vision and planning for targeted accounts while coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Design scalable, secure, and performance-optimized solution architectures based on customer requirements.
- Integrate capabilities across Microsoft’s cloud platform and optimize cross-platform technology integration.
- Maintain expertise in AI solutions, AI management and security, real-time intelligence, application architecture, and relevant market trends.
- Create scalable, field-relevant technical assets and connect technical capabilities to sales opportunities and account teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus 4 years of such experience, or a master’s degree in a related field plus 3 years of such experience, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or equivalent with practical, hands-on software architecture and development experience is preferred.
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale enterprise architectures aligned with business and technical requirements is preferred.
- Consultative selling, customer requirements capture, prioritization, business-value analysis, and strategic facilitation experience are preferred.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying AI solutions across cloud or hybrid infrastructures, including Azure AI services, is preferred.
- Relevant technology or discipline certifications are preferred.
- Experience delivering design thinking, ideation, or similar problem-framing work is preferred.
- High proficiency with GitHub, CI/CD, and DevOps automation is preferred.
- Proficiency in Python or an equivalent programming language is preferred.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry and agentic AI development is preferred.
