Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales services solution design for small and medium-complexity accounts within established frameworks.
- Develop scalable, multi-architecture solutions, roadmaps, validated designs, and deployment sequencing aligned with customer KPIs and business priorities.
- Advise senior customer IT and OT leaders and identify customer, vertical, expansion, and transformational opportunities.
- Apply Cisco technical expertise, AI, automation, and standard architectures to improve solution scalability, feasibility, and delivery performance.
- Contribute technical inputs to CX-related RFI and RFP responses in partnership with Sales and Service Sales teams.
- Guide Deal Acceleration and Strategic Engagement Teams to progress strategic opportunities.
- Coordinate solution handoffs and maintain alignment with delivery teams through post-sale realization.
- Provide guidance and training to engineers and architects on services-led solution planning, architecture alignment, and delivery readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of related experience, master's degree plus 6 years, PhD plus 3 years, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Expert-level certification such as CCIE or equivalent relevant certification is expected.
- Industry trend certifications are preferred.
- Deep expertise in at least one Cisco technical domain and broad knowledge of the Cisco portfolio are required.
- Experience creating realistic, deliverable proposals based on technical delivery experience is required.
- Ability to advise senior IT and OT stakeholders and lead complex, cross-functional, multi-architecture engagements is required.
