Responsibilities
- Collect requirements and provide guidance and best practices for advertising products and technologies.
- Scope, design, and build globally reusable solutions and best practices for customers, sellers, and partners.
- Adapt bespoke advertising solutions into globally scaled solutions supporting thousands of customers.
- Own the full solution lifecycle from discovery and launch through maintenance, feature requests, and deprecation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, regional, and enablement teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Six years of experience working with client-side web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP.
- Six years of experience coding in one or more programming languages such as Java, C, C++, or Python.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Preferred: master’s degree, eight years of experience with client-side web technologies, experience building solutions, and fluency in English and Japanese.
- Preferred: project management, problem-solving, communication, initiative, and ability to work with minimal guidance.
