Responsibilities
- Build relationships with key channel partners and their solutions engineers.
- Own and drive technical enablement activities for assigned partners.
- Educate customers and channel partners about cloud security trends and how Netskope addresses them.
- Deliver product demonstrations, best-practice sessions, use-case sessions, deployments, and workshops.
- Train partner SEs through shadowing presentations and evaluation installations.
- Help partners create customer evaluation test plans that demonstrate the strengths of Netskope’s platform.
- Present at channel-driven marketing activities as needed.
- Assist with selling efforts directed at partner technical resources during new partner recruitment.
- Work with channel partners to expand awareness and the install base within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with solutions engineers, sales teams, and trainers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant Solutions or Systems Engineering experience with a proven record of presenting technical information to business executives or architects.
- Proven track record of using technical expertise to help drive revenue.
- Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and administering UNIX/Linux and Windows-based systems.
- Proficiency with mobile device technologies including MDM/MAM and Android, iOS, and Windows Mobile operating systems.
- Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSM, and related protocols.
- Hands-on experience with information security solutions including Web Proxy, NGFW, Security Gateways, SIEMs, SAML/SSO, DLP, HSM, tokenization, and encryption gateways.
- Experience with Active Directory Services and ADFS; working knowledge of Azure AD is desired.
- Knowledge of application programming, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and enterprise architectures.
- Knowledge of the broader threat landscape and ability to explain complex technology trends and behaviors in simple terms.
- Bachelor’s degree.
