Responsibilities
- Exceed regional sales targets and contribute to overall win strategies.
- Present Netskope’s cloud security architecture and business benefits to technical audiences and senior security executives.
- Create and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, seminars, and conference sessions.
- Gather customer technical requirements and position Netskope as the best solution for their needs.
- Construct best practices for presentations, demos, proof-of-concept/value exercises, and evaluation plans.
- Lead customer and partner evaluations and POCs through successful completion.
- Act as a customer advocate, support customer success, and escalate issues to support and cross-functional teams.
- Provide product feedback and feature requests to Product Management.
- Research competitive solutions and explain differentiation.
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs.
- Work trade shows and travel within the assigned region.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience as a Solutions Engineer or Systems Engineer with a proven record of presenting technical information at the executive or architect level.
- Strong customer empathy, revenue orientation, communication skills, presentation skills, and public-speaking ability.
- Ability to work from whiteboard-level discussions with security architects through executive influence with CISOs.
- Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and administering Linux, macOS, and Windows systems.
- Proficiency with mobile device technologies including MDM/MAM, Android, and iOS.
- Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSMs, and related protocols.
- Hands-on experience with Web Proxy, NGFW, Security Gateways, remote access, site-to-site VPN, SAML/SSO, DLP, data security, and regex expressions.
- Experience with cloud identity providers, SCIM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, SD-WAN deployments, and integrations.
- Experience with Active Directory Services and ADFS; Azure AD knowledge is desired.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP public cloud environments and cloud-based SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS technologies.
- Knowledge of the broader threat landscape and ability to explain complex technology trends and behaviors clearly.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python and REST API frameworks is desired.
- Experience with vendor cloud security solutions and products from Bluecoat, Symantec, McAfee, Checkpoint, Cisco, or Juniper is advantageous.
- Relevant security or network certifications such as CISSP, CCSK, CCSP, CCSE, GCFW, PCNSE, JNCIS-SEC, JNCIP-ENT, GCIH, CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE, or similar are advantageous.
- Agile Scrum certifications such as CSPO, CSM, or CSP, or Project Management Professional certification, are advantageous.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or a related field.
